Greenhouse Farm Supervisor
Description
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Proven ability to manage labour, schedule work and stay ahead of crop demands
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising temas(20+ employes preferred)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
Ability to perform in a physically demanding, fast-paced greenhouse enviornment
Effective communication skills; Spanish is a strong asset
Experience with greenhouse systems or labour tracking tools is an asset
Starting Wage based on experience and qualifications at $26.00
Stable, full time, year-round employment
