.1 to 1 acre spot for CBD Hemp Cropshare

Looking for a small plot or corner of ag land under an acre with water nearby to cultivate sungrown CBD Feminzed hemp for flower and extraction.
I am in Enchant and looking to crop share 25% . Planted around May harvest is september-october
I have tanks and irrigation lines for the plants, I just need land that is healthy, away from spraying (roundup kills hemp) or spills and water to fill tanks or close to a feed and I can tap off and run hose.
Even a tiny .1 to .5 acre spot works or 2 smaller spots as I have 2 1000l tanks. Abandoned yard, sitting fields or pastures anything works.
Grown organic with gaia green amendments in auger hole into soil and organic ph adjusted water into mix of original and amended soil.
Companion planting of marigold, mint/basil, dill and yarrow in buckets to promote beneficial insects like green lace wing and lady beetles and keep aphids and other pests away.
I grew my first crop in 2021 and figured out what was needed, I have irrigation experience and I am a jman electrician who cultivates his own cannabis, now I have a contract for quality cbd flower going forward with a quebec broker for grade A smokable flower and remainder into cbd extracts.
Land declaration lease from Health Canada will be required for notice of cultivation under cannabis act.
Security is not required but a good wind break and out of sight with open southern skies would benefit the outcome and profits for sure.
