Description
In search of a 2-3+ bedroom house in coaldale that is pet friendly for a Labrador dog and elderly cat. Im a parent to one toddler and have a roommate that I want to move with. His gf if possible would like to join us as well. I work full time as a machine operator and my son goes to a dayhome in coaldale as well. Our budget is 2000 plus any utilities/pet fees. Ive been living at my current rental for over 3years and need a bigger place to expand my family. My bf will move in in a year or so from now since he lives up north for now.
I have a regular cleaning service that comes once a month, a dog poop pickup service once a week, a snow service that comes every morning when needed, and a lawn care service during the summer months. I will continue using these services when I move as well.
Plus I have rental insurance to protect my belongings from any fire/flooding ect. And a security system with door sensors.
