We are selling our Royal Classic motorhome. This unit is in excellent condition everything working. It is unique in that it has a 15 foot slide. It is very large inside, would make a good Arizona winter home. It has a large fridge with a separate freezer, and if you notice in the picture beside the fridge is nice sized pantry. The bed folds up to travel and is very easy to put up and down, also has a folding door to make a private bedroom. with the bed folded you have a large living space. It has air conditioning, furnace, living room couch and arm chair. The couch and table make out to beds and there is a bed for above the cab which we dont use so it is stored in the garage but it goes with the motorhome The last picture shows it inside with the slide in, both kitchen and bathroom are available without pushing the slide out. Also,the awning is new and most the lighting has been changed to LED. This motorhome is complete with a GENEREC NP50G generator. It is currently Alberta registered but came from Saskatchewan so it just recently had an interprovincial inspection done. IThis motorhome is currently winterized but as part of the deal i will store it till spring and get it off winterization for you if you so desire. 36 foot (42 total feet) quad bunk fifth wheel with 4 slides. Sleeps 10 with two bathrooms and really nice outdoor kitchen.
