Home grown, ranch raised local beef!
Half animal $5.50/pound carcass weight (280-390 pounds -- approximately $1900). You will get approx 180-240 pounds in your freezer depending on your cutting instructions and size of your half. Approximately 6-8 cubic feet of freezer space needed.
We include processing and local delivery.
We take a $500 deposit to book and the remainder is due prior to delivery once actual carcass weight of your half is determined. You have the choice of End March / April delivery or June/July.
