Job Responsibilities:
• Prep surfaces (sanding, patching, taping, priming) before painting
• Interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects
• Mixing and matching paints to ensure accurate color application
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Working safely and efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of painting experience (brush, roller, and spray)
• Knowledge of proper painting techniques and tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Own transportation and tools are an asset but not required
