2 guys looking for 2 more roommates! We are in poli sci and synthetic bio going into 4 th year. We're chill with anything really. We like music, working out, going out from time to time, chilling in the living room, etc.
Address is 161 Oxford St W, with both basement rooms available. Rent is $825 a month, utilities (hydro, gas, wifi) are around $90 a month. The lease would be from May 2026 to April 2027.
In-unit washer and dryer, 2 full size fridges, very large common area and kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with 2 sinks each (you will share a bathroom with 1 other). 2 minute walk from Shoppers, Metro and Cherryhill Mall, 5-7 min walk from Wharnclifffe and Oxford intersection (Mcdonalds, BTRMLK, Babaz Shawarma, walk-in clinic, etc). 2 min walk from #33 bus stop (goes to rec centre, Alumni hall) and 5-7 min walk from #2, #93, #102 (goes to rec centre, Nat Sci). Bus ride to campus is 5-10 mins.
There is a dumspter right beside the unit so we do not have to worry about garbage. They also provide snow removal from the parking lot in the winter.
