List and Sell Your Home for as Little as 1.0% Commission.

I appreciate you following up for more details and specifics for placing your home on the MLS®.

Your home would be listed through my company, Sirius Realty Inc., on the MLS® with the local London – St. Thomas Association of REALTORS®. The listing would be seen by all member realtors and will appear on the Internet via www.Realtor.ca. The listing period would be anywhere from two to six months. A Sirius Realty Inc “For Sale” sign is totally optional. A MLS® listing would typically include thirty pictures.

If an interested Buyer presented an Offer through another Ontario Realtor, and you accepted their Offer, then a total commission of 2.5% would be payable on the closing date. If I was to obtain a Buyer through my own efforts then that total commission would be reduced to 1.0%.
