Job Description:The Packer Inspector will be responsible for safe handling of all duties to include keeping work area free from debris and clutter with no trip hazards. Area must be clean & well-organized while applying Good Manufacturing Practices. Monitoring to ensure the blow molding machines are operating properly and notify Shift Supervisors of any irregularities/defects. Visually inspect preforms and bottles during the manufacturing/packaging process and inform Shift Supervisors of any irregularities/defects. Packaging bottles in the format specified by the Company while assisting with the setup of packaging line and follows packaging specifications in packing bottles in either a box or a tray. This position is not limited to other duties as needed by the Shift Supervisor, Production Manager or the Plant Manager. The Requirements To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:Availability for evening (4pm to 12am) or night (12am-8am) shift with pay differential.Have reliable transportation to warehouse located at 181 Brossard, Delson, QC J5B 1W9 Canada. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma. Ability to read and write, as well as comprehend instructions, correspondences and memos. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently. Regularly standing, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Ability to work in fast paced environment safely. Inspecter visuellement les préformes et les bouteilles pendant le processus de fabrication/emballage et informer les superviseurs de quart de toute irrégularité/défaut. Emballer les bouteilles dans le format spécifié par la société tout en aidant à la configuration de la ligne d'emballage et suivre les spécifications d'emballage dans l'emballage des bouteilles dans une boîte ou un plateau. Ce poste n'est pas limité à d'autres tâches selon les besoins du superviseur de quart, du directeur de la production ou du directeur de l'usine. Les exigences Pour être un bon candidat pour cette opportunité, vous aurez: Disponibilité pour quart de soir (16h à 00h) ou de nuit (00h à 8h) avec différentiel de salaire. Avoir un transport fiable jusqu'à l'entrepôt situé au 181 Brossard, Delson, QC J5B 1W9 Canada. Expérience antérieure dans un environnement manufacturier. Baccalauréat. Capacité de lire et d'écrire, ainsi que de comprendre des instructions, des correspondances et des mémos. Capacité à soulever et à déplacer régulièrement jusqu'à 25 livres fréquemment. Se tenir régulièrement debout, marcher, grimper, tenir en équilibre, se baisser, s'agenouiller, s'accroupir ou ramper.
