Job Description:The Administration/Office Paperwork position is responsible for providing administrative support and managing office paperwork in an efficient and organized manner. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MicroSoft Office. Key Responsibilities: * Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments * Prepare, organize, and maintain office paperwork, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. * Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents. * Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed. * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in office administration is a plus). * Proven experience in administrative or office support roles. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours as required.
