Have you ever tried Winter Camping?
No need to waste time setting up camp or pulling around the trailer. We’ve already got everything set up for your family or friends to enjoy some quality time together outdoors!
All you need to pack is your food, clothing and bedding!
Secluded, off grid and very private 4 bedroom Tiny House (sleeps 7) and private separate cookhouse for winter-summer camping. Beautiful 50 acre forest with many groomed trails to enjoy. Spring fed pond with small beach area, mini spring waterfalls and access to the Maitland river and 50km Maitland trail from the property. Perfectly set up for a family with lots of outdoor games, toys and places to explore.
Pack your cross country skis, toboggan or snowshoes to enjoy our Canadian winters. Nothing beats sitting around a campfire during a snowfall.
Close proximity to G2G trail, Ben Miller Falls, many local breweries, markets and the beautiful beaches of Lake Huron.
Tiny and cookhouse are run off of solar which provides lights and phone charging only. All cooking appliances are run off propane that we supply. If you want unlimited power you are welcome to bring a generator and we can run the camp off that instead of the solar.
We supply the propane for heat and cooking and firewood during your stay.
Tiny house is heated by either propane furnace or wood stove. You get to choose. Cookhouse is heated by wood stove only.
We supply your cooking and drinking water. All the cooking gear required and a double burner along with a bbq and propane.
$150 weekday and $200 weekend per night for up to 5 people. Can sleep 7 people max for an additional $25 per person for the 6th and 7th person per night.
2 pet max for an additional $80 pet fee per visit.
