This main floor suite has approx 1150 ft.² of space. There are two bedrooms and a den with adjacent laundry room. One full bathroom. Fridge, stove, washer, and dryer provided. Hardwood flooring in living room and hallway. Remainder of flooring is laminate and Lino.
Detached workshop with overhead door measures 14 1/2 x 20. The tight alley does not make the building conducive for parking. The backyard is fully fenced.
Due to a single tenant in the basement, we are only looking for one to two people to occupy the main floor in order that noise levels remain manageable, and everyone enjoys lots of hot water.
The main floor entrance is not shared with the basement tenant. Driveway parking is located along the east side of the concrete loop. Lawn care and exterior maintenance are responsibility of the main floor tenant. Yard care equipment is not provided.
