Manual Driving Lesson?

36 year old male, Full Class 5 drivers license, no accidents, no tickets with 15 years of experience, looking for cheap/free/gas/lunch manual driving lessons. I want to know what all the fuss is about and to learn a new skill while I'm at it. I don't have a car to train on, so you'd have to provide yours.

This works out, I might end up buying a manual beater some day to roll around in.
