Reward - Missing and Possibly Stolen Senegal Parrot!!!

My baby Elmo disappeared while with a pet sitter between December 10 and December 24, 2022.
He is about the size of a robin, and is fully feathered including flight feathers. 9 years old. Grey head, yellow/orange breast, green wings and upper body. Grey legs and a yellow eye. He is friendly and loves to cuddle on your shoulder and walk around the house while you do errands. He curls one foot towards his eye and bends his head down and fluffs his neck feathers when he wants neck rubs. He likes to sit on the edge of his water dish with his tail in the water and poop - I call him stinky tail- hence his tail feathers are a little ratty. He doesn’t talk and if he attempts to fly it’s more like a belly flop to the floor.

Please contact me for any information if you’ve seen him posted on kijiji or you hear of a parrot for sale or found anything that matches this description (may be advertised as a conure or incorrect type of parrot). Please help bring Elmo home. He is loved and missed so much.
