Short hair hamster, good boy needs good home
Description
Male short hair hamster needs good home. His name is hue but you can rename him if you want ive usually just called him hammy so-
Hes never bitten anyone, unless you scare him or irritate him for a longgg time, im assuming.. hes never bit me so... And he'll probably just start nipping you untill he realizes hes fine lol.
He MUST be put in a bin cage, with a large amount of paper bedding he needs to burrow. The more the better. He is not to be a gift for a child under the age of 15/16.
If your interested please do your research before hand. Do not immediately take him out or play with him while hes in his new cage, you must wait atleast 4 days for him to get used to his new home, temperature, and noise. Hes not good with other animals, dogs cats (obviously) AND NO OTHER HAMSTERS- sorry but i cant stress that enough. You can make your own cage from a big clear storage big which is what hes in now, but please if you can get a fishtank they are perfect. The hamster cages at the pet store are b€llsh!t do not buy them. Dont.
He needs a diet of greens and normal hamster feed. I usually feed him his normal food spinich and carrots, fruits can be fed but in moderation, also search up what kind of fruit it is first in case its deadly.
Hamsters are nocturnal so he'll usualy wake up about 2 or 3 in the morning, but its on and off. I wouldnt recommend waking him up it irritates him.
Cage must be FULLY cleaned every month BUT you have to spot clean it EVERYDAY!! Picking out peed spots or poop you see on top of the bedding. Try to be thorough without getting to close to him. Also he needs daily... or..nightly play time a big kids playpen with no holes should work.
We connot take care of him anymore due to health issues and mental health.
Take proper care of my lil angel pls.
PS: hes the best hamster ever. Btw he needs new toys. Also please dont put him on the couch ive done it before and he got lost and stuck inside.
