Family of 6 looking for a nanny

Nice to meet you! We are the Krusel’s, an active, busy household looking for a part time nanny to help us through the work week. Our nanny would need to accommodate 2-4 days a week, 745am-415pm, Monday to Friday (average 12 days per month) depending on my wife’s schedule (4 on 4 off). We can provide a schedule of all days required for the month well in advance. We have 4 boys ages 8,6,4 & 1.5. The 2 older boys are in school Monday-Friday 830-220pm (unless a pro D day) They require drop off and pick up from school. Our 4 year old is in preschool (next to the school) 9-1130am M,W,F. He also requires pick up and drop off. Both schools are a 5 min walk from the house. Our youngest would be with you all day. He usually naps for 2-2.5 hours every day around 12pm. We are looking for someone with similar values and morals. Someone that engages with the children vs keeping them busy with devices. Light cleaning & meal prep. are required. We have a pug named Vinny but he doesn’t need much other than to be let out once in a while. There will always be an opportunity to pick up extra hours with us if you are willing. We always have something on the go. We would consider a live in situation starting in June 2023 (our suite will be available) with the right person. We are really looking for someone that fits with our family and schedule.
