Job Description:Job Description While reporting to the Property Manager, your responsibilities are hands-on and the job is very active. Some of your duties will include: Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with tenants Managing mobile home park with 119 pads Treatment plant operation Lawn care and hedge trimming Inground plumbing repairs Backhoe operation Snow removal Distribution of rent increases and collection of rents Enforcing park rules Interviewing prospective tenants REQUIREMENTS: 1 years Experience as a Resident Caretaker or Building Manager This person must have a customer service focus Willing to live on site COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: $50,000 3 bedroom mobile home available - rental subsidy 2 weeks vacation Job ID: 46638694
