No kitchen but you can have a microwave there is a toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker,, fridge and freezer available to you in your room...only shared bathroom. Big enough for living and sleeping, dinner will be served to you daily at 7 pm. Also laundry service once a week. No parties, no drugs, no drama.must work,,or student,must have a car. Must love animals for this is a very peaceful farm. Wifi and landline is included you can hook up Shaw satellite tv if you need to. No cell service as of yet.must love animals not available until August 1st if you need high speed Internet you can hook up explornet yourself and rent will drop to 750. There is transportation available for students only Mon to Thursday
