Room for Rent

Looking for a roommate to move in 1st of April. Unfortunately my roommate is moving back home.

2 bed 1 bath, street parking with laundry included, and big back yard. Room is unfurnished.

I will be living in the unit with my big dog so have to be okay with pets - other pets considered if they can get along w my boy. NO cats he has a prey drive.

$900 plus 30% utilities (half is usually $60-70) and internet (around $40). Also have to pay $450 damage deposit upon move in. Both our names will be on the lease.

Female preferred but open to Men as long as you’re clean and quiet.

I’m a big homebody - No partying or drinking, work long days and come home to hangout. Just looking for someone who’s chill and can get along with.
