I have a three-bedroom, one bathroom home coming available on June 1, 2023. The bedrooms, singular bathroom, kitchen, living & dining rooms are upstairs, laundry and family room with wood burning stove downstairs. Access to large, fenced backyard is from downstairs and has garden boxes, a small orchard, and room for kids’ equipment. There is parking on the property and on the road. There is an occupied basement suite below your unit with its own entry and laundry. You are responsible for all the BC Hydro & Fortis Gas utilities, although I pay water/sewer/garbage collection fees. My understanding is that they are quite reasonable. I added extra insulation to the attic this spring to improve efficiency for the tenants.
The street is busy, but it is close to the hospital & shopping, steps to the bus stop, schools, and mere minutes to the Lougheed Highway for commuters.
The people who move in will be considerate of the other tenant in the home and the neighbours. You will not be afraid to call me with concerns about the house as things do occasionally need attention. Pets will be considered. Good tenants I have found, come with pets.
The laundry is for your unit alone and is a full-size washer/dryer. The kitchen has the normal stuff- stainless steel appliances - stove with overhead microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with bottom freezer. There is laminate throughout the home, large entry way with closet on the main floor. It is a basic BC Box style home. I will not be posting pictures as the current tenants are still living in the home.
