Sonoran whip spider - Paraphrynus carolynae adult pair

I have one adult pair of Paraphrynus carolynae to offer, captive bred by me (hatched in 2019). Very healthy and feed well on crickets and other soft prey. This is an uncommon species in the Canadian hobby, I would rather see them going to someone with long term breeding in mind! This species is absolutely stunning and long-lived (whip spiders can easily live for over 10 years). It has some of the best coloration I've seen on a whip spider: jet black with red legs. It is also a great species for handling as it feels quite comfortable in our hands. Great for kids or for educational programs. It tolerates various conditions but ideally air humidity needs to be high.
