Description
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for preparing all menu items with strict adherence to menu and ingredients specifications;
*Ensure a high caliber of food service for guest
*Prepare salads, sandwiches, dressings, sauces, vegetables and other food in accordance with specific recipes;
*cook soups and gravy and other food as required;
*Comply with food safety regulations and ensure all temperature logs are completed and accurately;
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as management required;
*Fast paced with multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables;
*This roles requires bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling , standing, for extended period of time;
*This role requires a flexible schedule that adapts to the business.
