For the past 10 years, I have worked as a Personal Support Worker. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that true care isn't a one-size-fits-all thing. Sometimes, the best way I can support a family is by giving their home a spotless, top-to-bottom clean so they can finally relax. Other times, it's providing specialized medical assistance, safe physical support, or stepping in so a tired family member can take a break.

Specialized PSW, Complex Care & Respite: With a decade of hands-on healthcare experience, I provide dignified, respectful personal care. I am highly experienced in medication administration, diabetes management, seizure response, and compassionate dementia care. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, autism, and behavioral challenges (including aggression), always approaching high-stress situations with a calm, patient presence. Additionally, I offer trusted **respite care**, giving primary caregivers a much-needed, worry-free break.
**Infant & Postpartum Support:** I have a great deal of experience caring for infants and providing dedicated, knowledgeable support for breastfeeding mothers. Whether you need an extra set of hands with the baby, a freshly cleaned house, or reassurance, I am here to help new parents navigate those beautiful but exhausting early days.
**Mobility, Massage & Stretching:** Our bodies hold a lot of tension. Whether you are recovering from a minor injury, dealing with everyday stiffness, or require highly specialized physical support for complex conditions (up to and including quadriplegia), my background in massage therapy means I have the expertise to safely help improve your mobility and bring you physical relief.
**Professional Cleaning:** From weekly upkeep to one-time deep cleans, I handle the heavy lifting, the dirty work, and the meticulous little details so you don't have to. I want your house to feel like a peaceful sanctuary.
I am deeply respectful of my clients' privacy, incredibly reliable, and absolutely love animals—so your furry family members will always get a little extra love from me, too!

**Flexible & Fair Pricing:**
Because every client's needs are unique, my hourly rates are flexible and customized based on the specific level of care and the intensity of the work required. To help make ongoing support as accessible as possible, I am happy to offer discounted rates for regular, long-term clients, as well as a reduced hourly rate for any booking extending past the first three hours.
