Business Development Representative

Job Description:We are currently offering positions to a select few qualified individuals for sales development role, working out of our Downtown Montreal office (*in-person)! The work entails researching a range of industries, finding viable companies, and furthering our direct email campaign to schedule appointments. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5p.m. Sales experience is an advantage but not essential as we have an intensive New Hire Training Program (including on-boarding) The selected candidates will receive a base salary plus commission from deals closed by our top Sales Leaders from the appointments scheduled for them. After working 2-3 months in sales development, hard-working individuals have the opportunity to become a member of our salesforce, working with global top producers and helping us in the expansion over the next 12 months. This position requires someone who is goal-oriented, independent, diligent, and confident. We are looking for candidates with grit who will work hard to achieve their goals and overcome any challenges along the way. Responsibilities: • Market research and data capture • Prospecting • Creating, modifying, and launching strategic email campaigns • Showing up with a positive attitude ready to crush your goals • Assisting Sales Director with day-to-day sales functions • Auditing existing client relationships for further opportunities • Auditing past clients for re-entry strategy • Set monthly goals and KPIs • Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and results • Making mistakes and learning from them Requirements: • Excellent written and oral skills (English) • Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus • Track record of over-achieving goals • Incredible research skills • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus with attention to detail • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality • Basic administration skills • Willingness to work in fast pace environment • Positive, goal-oriented attitude is a must-have We'll Coach You! · Personal impact/confidence · Professionalism · Action Planning & Organizing · Negotiating & Persuading · Time Management and Leadership. Our sales lead-time is very short, so sales are frequent, and the sales targets are very achievable. The first year on-target earnings are between $55k & $80K, and earnings above this are attainable.
