Key Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters with cutting, shaping, and installing wood and other materials.
Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
Measure and mark materials to ensure proper cuts.
Assist in building and assembling structures, such as decks, docks, pergolas.
Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and free from debris.
Help with the transport and setup of materials and equipment.
Follow safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while working with the team.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or carpentry is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic tools and equipment is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in the carpentry field.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy objects.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions (if outdoors).
