Children’s Pony for Lease

This is a LEASE ONLY opportunity, and there will be a minimal fee involved for either on-property or off-property lease.
This pony is 26 years young, but you would never know it! He still chases the mares around the pasture with gusto! He has gone to Trillium Championships in Palgrave SO many times! He has done western gaming - honestly he has done it all!
This pony is available locally (North Bay, ON and surrounding areas) to the ideal home for an off-property lease for a very manageable lease fee. Alternatively, he can be leased on-property with certain provisos.
The ideal off- property situation would provide the following:
*outdoor board - he does not like to be indoors for long periods of time.
*geldings only if possible - he can be quite bossy with mares
*excellent effective fencing - he has a certain skill set that involves grass being greener on the other side!
*knowledgeable barn owner/manager - he is a senior and will therefore need to be watched for signs of distress
*mutually agreed upon farrier who trims every 5 weeks maximum.
