Female Roommate Wanted

Looking for a quiet female student to rent a room in my beautiful home starting July 1st. Utilities and wifi included. There is one full bathroom and one half bath, we would share both. Shared kitchen, which is fully equipped. Laundry units available on site, and one parking spot available. Located in northern Nanaimo, the house is a five minute walk from the beach. Student must have a car, as the bus ride to VIU is a one hour ride. By car, VIU is a 15-20 minute drive. The bedroom furniture is available for purchase if needed, otherwise the owner of the furniture will sell by move in date.
