A taxi there would only cost 5.oo as it's 2 blocks away. Includes small built in fridge, hot plate, PLUS microwave, dishes and 30" Roku T.V. Small deep freeze for extra items is on back patio and 2 chairs on patio.
The suite is furnished with bed, night tables, kitchenette table and chairs, marble cart with hot plate. Large closet for storage!! Private bathroom with a large shower!! There is no room for furnishings. You only need your suit cases. All belongings must be approved at the time of your move in to ensure that no furnishings are brought in as there's no extra room.
Bring your bed linens, towels and personal items - again no furniture please. The size of the suite is approximate. It's suitable for full time students attending the university or travelers needing a place to rest - long or short stays are welcome.When applying please include first and last name as well as your occupation. Screening will include a referral from your previous land lord or employer or proof of FULL TIME university studentship. NO smokers/NO drunks/partiers. Obviously if you're a responsible social drinker than that's permitted.

We are transitioning our son who is18 to Nanaimo for hockey very soon. Our goal is to find a nice family and home that is interested in hosting him for the hockey season. He has completed high school, has his own car, and would be a great role model for your kids. Of course we will pay the going rate and more of needed.
