Need help building a Hobbit Hole/House).

I've got the building site laid out.
Proposed house 98 square feet, floor, walls, round door and then a dirt covered roof.
I have all the tools and materials needed.
I would like a retiree who would find working 2 to 8 hours a day agreeable.
Not paying much, $25 per hour.
Part-time, may work a couple days, then maybe a few days off (while Im thinking of what to do next).
I'm an 'amateur' builder, 87 years old which might explain a lot, living in Departure Bay, Nanaimo.
