build stairs to deck

as per title and pics need stairs installed
Building stairs with rails and converting current deck rails into a gate.
Placing 4 patio stones at the bottom with proper digging and gravel.
I was told it should not take more than 5 hours and at $35/h average rate that should be $175 labour.
I would give you give you $100 bonus if work is to my satisfaction.
You buy the material and I will pay you upon delivery with receipt.
