Rent is due weekly -$200 per week (2weeks due upon move in & rent is due weekly in advance for the week you are staying. If u move in Sunday ...then rent is due Sun every week)- for single person only
Note: What is included; Parking, fridge,stove, microwave, full kitchen access, dishwasher, (you must supply paper towels, TP, detergents/cleaning supplies, propane), BBQ, dishes, coffee maker, Tea kettle, Satellite tv, internet included
