Farmview room has been rented.
We have a room available for short term rental/ roommates arrangements. Property is a waterfront property located on County Rd 9 in Napanee. This room goes for close to $80-$100 plus taxes and fees per day on other sites. Bedroom and washroom are updated and upstairs and is exclusively for roommates use. Washroom is only shared between these 2 rooms and each room gets an assigned sink.
The Riverview room is quite large and holds a king sized bed and has a partial river view. Can sleep upto 2 people and comes completely furnished. Can provide an extra foldable cot if needed.
The main floor and its amenities will be shared with us. There is a separate kitchenette built on the rental side for use of the roommates. All outdoor amenities like firepit- in ground and on the deck, swimming pool, parking, dock for fishing /canoeing etc will be shared.
The living room has a grand sitting area with Cathedral ceilings and a 75" TV. The dining area will also be shared.
We are 3 people in the house and our bedrooms and living area is in the separate part of the house where we usually hang out. As we have 2 dogs, 1 cat there will be a no pet policy for the roommates unless it can be confined to your room.
Monthly rate for the river view room is $950 plus $100 for utilities and $55 for parking for each vehicle. Will be additional $110 for the 2nd person and $60 more for utilities per month. Weekly will be $355
Open to having a single working professional, out of town workers or students. Previous roommates were a teacher, nurses, project managers, engineers, construction workers and a medical resident.
Minimum 30 days (4 weeks ) commitment will be needed or msg if you are looking only for daily rates and a link will sent to book through external sites. The room will be assigned a parking spot. No last month rent or credit check needed as it is a short term rental.
When messaging please msg with your contact number as we will be vetting/ pre screening everyone before we bring you to view the room.
You can fish from the dock or enjoy the firepit on a cool night under the stars or if you have a green thumb enjoy gardening and growing your own vegetables if staying for a longer period. Rent is not negotiable.
