shared shop space

iam wanting to rent out a portion of my shopspace in bath /millhavenrent to be determined depending on how we coexist. i do furniture refinishing and sometimes pretty busy but it can work. I previously rented one end of my shop for 500+100utilities to a painter. ideal for the tradesman ,entrpeneur or even hobbyist.(must be legal activities) location is cty rd 4... between hwy 2 and bath rd
