We rent on the white hill 50 sqm apartment on the ground floor of new construction in a very quiet residential area not yet completed 800 meters from the sea and near the center of Sosua where all the necessary services are present.Maximum 2 people, one bedroom with comfortable built-in wardrobe , hall, kitchen equipped with appliances, bathroom with shower, laundry room with European washing machine, hot water, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, safe, comfortable independent terrace, communal swimming pool in the middle of the greenery equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, 24 / 24h security. All the main rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
Private car parks are available in the residential complex. Small and medium-sized animals are allowed as long as they are of good habits, educated and do not bother in the residential area.
