This condo has a water filtered fridge and under the kitchen sink faucet, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, washer & dryer in unit. Beach chairs, umbrellas, all cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils and glasses. Large smart tv in family room and in bedroom with regular cable and internet. 2 heated pools, putting green, shuffle board, bbq on pool deck. One reserved parking spot and plenty of visitors. Unit has a Queen size bed with a brand new memory foam mattress as well as a Queen size pull out couch with memory foam mattress for your over night guests. Smoking is allowed on building property and on balcony BUT not in the unit. The condo complex has 12 units and this unit is located on the second floor with a staircase seconds away. Min rental 3 months to a max of 6 months Jan-Mar $1900USD and Apr -Jun $1700USD. A one month rental deposit of $1900 USD is required to hold booking. $100 USD fee for background check is required along with a call in interview with property management. $500 USD security deposit fully refunded upon check out.
