Room available for renting

Hi,

I have a room available for renting (long term lease). All utilities included. It is furnished. Ample storage space. You share the kitchen, a spacious living room; full bathroom; laundry.

Located in a quiet area (close to UNBSJ, near Regional Hospital). Suitable for working professionals or students. I am looking for a female student or working professional at this time. Would prefer a vegetarian (if non vegetarian some exceptions can be made). Please message me if interested.
