Hi, my name is Katie and I have a room for rent in my house in Fredericton.
The house is a split level with the kitchen, living area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms on the upper floor, and on the lower level there is a second bathroom and a good size office/library/second living room, as well as a laundry room, a storage room and two more bedrooms. Every room has beautiful natural light and a large window. There is also quite a bit of outdoor space as we have a small deck, a large deck with a clothesline, a fire pit, a hammock, and a swing. Utilities include water, hydro, wifi, and washer/dryer.
The room for rent is on the upper level and it is furnished with a trundle bed (Single, but pulls out to a king if needed), a small dresser, and a built-in storage unit. The room also has a desk, but it can be moved if you don't need it. This room is $550/month all utilities included.
