Own half of a large lake! Extremely quiet and peaceful!!

I have 3 properties for sale all with in 4km of each other. First is 64 acres that is connected to a large lake that has 20ft x 20ft cottage with full 20ft x 8ft deck and the foot print is 20ft x 28ft. It was built 12 years ago but never finished inside but is wired to run off generator. There is also a 12ft x 18ft shed that was built at same time and both cottage and shed are wired to just plug into a generator. It is completely quiet and peaceful and the geese fly in and land on lake in the evenings. There is fish in the lake but we mainly went canoeing and padel boating . I went out yesterday to take pictures and some trees had blow over on the road i made made in so had to walk in but isn't to far from road. There is some beautiful large pine trees on the road in that could be used to finish any projects. With all this lake frontage you have options! The second property is right across from the 64 acre lake front property and is all large wood . The third property has a old house on it but the foundation fell in and has no value but the well might be still good and the soil there is pure beautiful dirt with no rocks very good for growing anything. The house is only 4km from the other 2 properties. I wanted to list them on kijiji for a reasonable price before i listed them with a realtor!
