You will also have your own refrigerator on the same level. You will be expected to provide your own food and toiletries with linens, towels and cloths being provided.
Included in the rental is full access to the washer and dryer so the only thing shared is the kitchen but if you enjoy company we have a large living area with a fireplace you are more than welcome to use. There is also space for parking. We are located close to the university and CNA.
We are a small family of three with a 16 year old, three cats and a dog. Our environment is rather quiet which makes for comfort living. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me and damage deposit of $300 is required.
