Lomas del sol is located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico, only 15 minutes driving from the International Airport of Puerto Vallarta.
Lomas Del Sol is a residential condominium in the exclusive area of Riviera Nayarit with private access and security twenty four hours, seven days a week.
The house has two fully furnished levels. The main level has a living room with two sofas and two chairs. The dining room has a round table with four chairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with enough utensils to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner if you wish to do so along with a breakfast bar and another four chairs.
The main level has a half bathroom and utility room with a washing machine for the needs of the guest.

Villa del Palmar Resort is close to all amenities, midway between airport and the old town. Supermarket is just 1 block away if you wish to cook some of your meals. You can walk the beach, enjoy the resort restaurants or the many choices at a short trip to town. Very safe and secure and quiet. La ville de Cancun et la ville de Playa del Carmen sont également à 20 km de la maison.
La ville de Tulum et Akumal sont également dans la même région.Tous les commodités sont accessibles à pied.

Casa Caracol its a beautiful house Located steps to the beach. In a very quiet area Chicxulub Puerto, Yucatan .
The location its perfect if you want to be really close to the beach, its only one and a half block from the beach , if you prefer privacy and security this house is ideal for you , it has tall walls all over the property so its very safe ,it also has mosquito net all over the house .

The house is perfectly well ilumated, has good ventilation,,the chicxulub park and restaurants are 10 minutes from the property.
You can park 2 cars outside the house
The neighborhood It is pretty safe, really quiet ,the neighbors are really nice and its one and a half block from the beach.
Located 20 minutes north of Merida, the capital of the state of Yucatan, and about 10 minutes of Progreso.
You will find quiet, peaceful streets. There are a couple small grocery stores with basic amenities and a variety of fruits and vegetables .
There is a pharmacy and Dr. In chicxulub puerto as well. For larger scale shopping with plenty of variety for food and goods, there is a large Walmart-owned store in Progreso, as well as other grocery stores in the center of Progreso.
Price is $ 1,000 Canadian dollars a month plus electricity and a month for deposit
