Sealed Tenders addressed to Michael Mahon, Eisner Mahon Forsyth, 101 MacLeod Ave. W., P.O. Box 2680, Melfort, SK S0E 1A0, and plainly marked on the envelope: ‘FARMLAND SALE TENDER’, will be received until Monday, March 111th at 4pm, 2024 for the following farmland
RM of Moose Range No. 486:
SE 30-49-11 W2 EXT. 69 – approximately 153 acres
Prime location! Highway 23, 1 ½ miles south of Carrot River, Saskatchewan
This parcel also includes a 24’x72’ shed.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft, payable to Eisner Mahon Forsyth – In Trust for 10 per cent (10%) of the submitted bid. Farmland. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
Bidder is responsible to familiarize themselves with the land prior to submitting a bid. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
The highest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
The successful bidder will be responsible for any applicable GST.
The successful bidder must complete the final purchase and payment of balance by April 10th, 2024, unless otherwise mutually agreed to. Failure to complete the sale Agreement within the prescribed time will be deemed in default of the terms of the tender and the bid deposit will be forfeited.
