Job Description – Automotive Service Technician (310S)
Tillsonburg, Ontario
Our client, a highly respected and family-owned automotive dealership serving Tillsonburg and the surrounding community for over 95 years, is looking to add an experienced 310S Automotive Service Technician to their award-winning service team.

Compensation:
Our client understands that great technicians bring different levels of experience, productivity, and expertise to the table. As a result, they are open to both:
Flat rate compensation
OR
Hourly pay ranging from $30–$40/hour
Compensation structure and rate will be determined based on:
Experience
Skill level
Productivity
Diagnostic ability
Work ethic
Attitude and professionalism
Overall fit with the team and company culture

310S Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
Diesel repair experience or credentials considered a strong asset

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
Occasional weekends as required
