General Farm Labourer
Description
Looking for Seasonal Fulltime Workers from approximately April to December 2026 for tobacco and ginseng crops. Hours each week will change depending on weather conditions. $17.60 per hour approximately 40-80 hours per week. Education and experience are not required.
Some job duties are,
Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
Hoeing between the rows, weeding
Topping and suckering
Harvest crops
sort crops
Load and unload tobacco bins
Operate farm machinery
Keep work area clean
Job requirements
Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks
Able to work in all weather conditions
Hand-eye coordination is an asset
Able to lift up to 50 LBS
