Tobacco Farm Labourer for 2026 Crop

We are looking for 20 seasonal workers for the 2026 Tobacco crop , the job will include planting , replanting , hoeing , setting up and moving and removing irrigation pipes, topping and suckering the crop , harvesting and grading tobacco to prepare for sales. The job also includes all maintenance and repairs to equipment, helping to maintain the landscaping of the farm. Our farm is located in Walsh and the season starts in April until the end of November. The current rate is minimum wage $17.60/hour with the potential for long hour.
Pending on what part of the season ,the hours may vary from 30-70per week and sometimes working 7 days a week.

Job Requirements

-Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks
-Able to work in All weather conditions
-Hand -eye coordination is an asset
- No education certificate required
- Experience is an asset but not required
