Description
We have available one RV space for the entire season:
Date: Friday, May 1st to Friday, October 30, 2026, inclusive.
Rent: $6000.00 plus power costs

We are wanting one renter, for the entire season. (No short term renters, please.)
Our fully serviced (power & sewer) RV camping lot is in Shuswap Lake RV Resort, located at
Celista, on the north (sunny) side of Shuswap Lake.
Lot #144 is well located in section 3 of the resort, on the roadway up from the lower section.
The Resort has a private beach, across the road, with ramp and attached swimming dock.
The entire complex is located in a natural forest and provides a great place to relax! Just bring
your RV! It’s an RV camping lot, in a private, gated, beautifully treed RV Resort.
Lot #144 has both good shade and sunshine, with a lake view. It is a long lot and will handle all sizes of RVs… with ample room for your boat and boat trailer. (A fairly newly constructed Community Boat Launch is located close by, in Celista.)
Lot includes: water, sewer and power (50 amp). [30 amp units would require power conversion
cord-you supply] Picnic table, elevated fire ring surrounded by large boulders (…for use when
there is NO fire ban on place).
Resort includes:
Live-in Manager 24/7 , secure gated entry, Wi-fi
Children’s playground, washrooms, shower, laundry & garbage facilities - all near front entry.
It’s a fun, safe place for children to ride bikes, swim (unguarded) and play. Last year there was a water trampoline in the water, at the beach, that attracted many kids and provided hours of fun! Enjoy a great place to swim or stroll the beach, go to local markets, shop in Celista or Scotch Creek (groceries, ice cream, liquor store, postal place). Visit a local winery.

Note:
We only rent for the entire 6 month term (From May 1- October 30, 2026 (No short-term rentals.)
The rate is $6000 for the entire time, plus power. No GST. (No sub-letting.)
We have a separate $1000.00 damage/rental deposit. (Returnable at end of stay when
things are left clean and tidy as they are found and with no unresolved issues with the
management.) This also serves as a booking deposit.
Extras:
.All dogs must be on leashes, everywhere in the Resort.
.No boats are to be tied to the beach dock or ramp facility.
.Insurance copies required for RV, tow vehicles, boats, trailers of any kind or any other motorized
vehicle, dated for the entire rental time.
.Gate codes are provided the day rental begins.
.Golf carts are often available as rentals, in Scotch Creek.
