Up for sale is a Vacation Village at Parkway Timeshare (Kissimmee, Florida). It is an annual year time share that has a points value of 92,500. Week 27. Falls around July long weekend.
The timeshare is for $ 1100 US. That is all what you will have to pay to us. All resort fees for 2021 are paid & you can use them. Your next fees wont be until 2022.
We are only selling because we have to many timeshares & not using them enough. We have 3 at the same resort.
The resort will charge you a transfer fee this is included with the closing costs. If you want to register with RCI & you are a member already it will be $ 100 US non members it is $ 200 US, if you don’t want to use their exchange site you wont need to pay that fee. You will be responsible for everything to do with RCI. We will provide you the form that you will need to start the process with them once the timeshare is closed in your name.
You will have to find & pay for your own closing company. They charge around $ 550 US depending on the company & how much you want them to look into it. I can recommend two that I have used. We have ten cozy 2 bedroom lakeside cabins with their own dock and fire pit. There is a minimum 2 night stay and accommodates up to 4 people (5 will be accepted - there may be an added cost) - getaway for the weekend or the entire week! Most of these cabins have a double bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom - double bed on the bottom and single on top. All cabins have a washroom with a shower, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware and wifi. All you need are your linens, pillows and food. Because of the border closure, we have had some openings for the spring. We also rent fishing boats with a 9.9 hp motor, 21 ft pontoon with a 40 hp motor, 18 ft fishing pontoon with a 25 hp motor and trolling motor, canoes and kayaks.
