Mature Professional Looking for a Room

I’m a 34 year old male, coming to Vancouver from Alberta with a job in hand. I’m simply looking for a “launching pad” so to speak. I work construction, paid every two weeks, with EI on hand for added back up IF NEEDED. I have a dog who I plan on bringing out hopefully in June or July latest, some months after the birth of her puppies. If possible, I’d like to have a place to bring her to, after getting myself organized. I don’t drink, and have no problems going outside or for walks to have a smoke.
