This one-of-a-kind beachfront property (formerly known as La Lobster Shack) has been converted into a spacious and unique vacation rental situated on 140 acres as part of the Carmel Sands Condos & Chalets property.

2 semi-private bedrooms (queen bed & double bed) separated by curtains
1 fully enclosed master bedroom (king bed + single bed)
Sleeps up to 7 guests

Large bathroom with tub/shower, double sinks & two toilet stalls
Outdoor Features:
Private inflatable Coleman hot tub overlooking the water
Direct beach access – great for beachcombing, beach glass & seashell hunting

Nearby Carmel Sands residents have beach access and parking rights but should not disturb your stay.
Summer Pricing:
$300 per night (minimum 2-night stay) for up to 4 guests
Additional guests (up to 7 total): $25 per person, per night
$150 cleaning fee (taxes and fees included)
