I've got a room available for rent as of March 1st in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom townhome about 5 min drive from downtown. The house has a washer and dryer, all utilities and internet included. Street parking only.
It is a very bright, organized and clean space. You would be sharing the house with my boyfriend, myself and my dog. My dog is a 5 yr old Akita, shes house trained and very shy but once she warms up to you she is a huge sweetheart. I am open to pets so long as they are house trained and compatible with my dog.
We would like a roommate that is able to clean up after themselves in the shared spaces and keep the shared spaces organized. We are both environmentally friendly people that have pursued careers in the environmental field and would prefer someone who is like-minded as well (recycling is a must).
We are friendly and outgoing and enjoy having friends over on the weekends sometimes for card games and such but we are also very respectful of others. If you are into hanging out and playing cards then you would be more than welcome to join us as well! If you are a smoker there is a patio out the back door that can be used. We have some storage space available as well.
