Reliable and beautifully maintained Class A motorhome, no-slide model. It is an ideal rig for consistent travel or a comfortable on-site guesthouse. Fully cleaned and has been left plugged in with a dehumidifier running.
Registration & MVI: It is locally registered in Nova Scotia with a clean title in hand. It does not have a current MVI.
Mechanical & Exterior Maintenance
Engine & Exercise: The Ford V10 starts right up and runs beautifully. While we haven't taken long-distance trips in the last two seasons, it has been regularly started throughout the winters and moved periodically on the property to keep the systems moving and the tires in good shape.
Tires: Full set of all-weather tires with approximately 1,000 km of use (19/32nd tread depth).
Batteries: New house batteries installed for reliable off-grid/dry camping.
Systems: Fridge, furnace, AC, water heater, and generator are all fully operational and tested.
Interior Layout & Features
Capacity: Seats 7 while traveling and sleeps 6.
Sleeping Arrangements: Walk-around queen bed (no "crawling" over your partner), convertible dinette, and sofa.
Private Bathroom: Full-sized shower, toilet, and vanity.
Tank Capacities: Fresh Water: 52 Gal (197L) | Grey Water: 44 Gal (166L) | Black Water: 26 Gal (98L).
Towing: 5,000 lb hitch capacity.

The price has been heavily adjusted downward to account for minor cosmetic and age details: a sun-fade bubble on the exterior passenger sidewall which is bone-dry underneath, a non-functional backup camera, a broken plastic toilet flush handle (mechanism still functions/flushes fine, cheap part to replace), and some minor cosmetic wallpaper peeling in spots. It will also need new wiper blades to pass its next MVI.
